1. Use the checklist below to ensure your event is in keeping with our ethos and that you have all the necessary information ready.

Checklist for Events to be promoted via BCCT
The following checklist is a guide to identifying what events can be included in Connect Southwest promotion. It may also be used as a guide to assist you in planning your event.
Does the event have recognised support of a local church? ☐
Does the event aim to benefit like minded churches across the Southwest region?☐
Is there recognised collaboration with or invitiation to other local churches in the running and/or planning of this event?☐
Is the event at least 1 month away?☐
Does the timing and purpose of the event avoid competition of existing combined or local church events?☐ (See Calendar of Events Page)
Do you have promotional material?☐
Does promotional material include an address, host church, date and time, cost, intended purpose, what to expect and contact details?☐
Does the event covered by the appropriate insurance, parent permission, qualified instructors/supervision and background checks as required by the site/activity?☐
It there a process for registration (if required)?☐
Does the content align with the statement of faith?☐
Does the content and style aim to respect the denominational differences within churches that align with the Statement of Faith?☐
Does your artwork meets the following specifications
Under 1 mb - Ideal file size would be under 500kb
No lower than 500 x 500 px
In .jpeg or .png format
